Once this mic develops a following, this place will take off. If you're in the BK area, do come by and check it out. The room/stage is amazing and the drinks are good and cheap. The host is an energetic maniac who dates women that are way too hot for him. And his Chinese is horrible.
This mic rocks! Dave sets a great tone, the bartender has always welcomed it, you get the minutes you need to work out and its convenient from the city. Notify Dave that you're coming and you won't have any negative surprises when you arrive.
It's a mic. It's fine. Drinks are cheap, and you get on stage. You don't need "support" if you are going to a mic. Just say what's on your mind, have fun and get loaded.

This mic doesn't exist. I tried twice, even called the bar to confirm. I showed up to an empty bar. Waited an hour. No mic. Cheap drinks, though.

The mic does, in fact, exist. You happened to come to the only mic that didn't happen that one time. Sorry about that, come again though! -Dave

Addendum; it's NOT free. It's a two drink minimum to perform. Still a nice looking room though, but you better call ahead before you go.
