Here's one way to find out if someone you work with is interested in you or not. Let's say you want to dip your pen into the company's inkwell, but you are afraid to just ask this person flat out. What you can do is give the person you are interested in 2 tickets to a show/play/comedy club as a birthday present. And then see if they invite you to go with them. If they do, they are probably interested. If not, no hard feelings.
