If you are interested in writing, keep in mind that good comedy must be unique - and relatable. Your writing should come from your own experience - and the audience should see parts of themselves in you. If it sounds like a paradox, it is. Lately it seems like everything I learn about stand-up comedy is a paradox. The way some of the hardest working comedians talk about how lazy they are. Or how hard it is to make great comedy look easy.
