The sum of your habits

I think it was Aristotle who said "You are the sum of your habits." Which habits are you made of? Do your habits work for you or against you? You can make writing a daily habit simply by practicing it every day. And if you write down just one idea a day, at the end of this year you will have 365 ideas. Even if half of those ideas are funny, that's 182.5 jokes. And at a rate of one joke a minute, that's 3 hours of material. And that's more than you can shake a stick at - whatever the hell that means.
